Vision Workshop -Sunday 22nd August  10am to 2pm

In this workshop you will create an inspiring vision for your life by using visualisation exercises and nature to expand your horizons; connect to the universe to get a clear vision of how you want your life to look and you will create a vision board that represents this and leave with tools to manifest it.

Any old magazines you don't mind ripping up, wear comfy clothes, as part of the workshop will be outside and your imagination.

Visions & Goals Group - 15th June (3month programme)

You will have the space to create a clear vision and set goals and plan actions to get you there. You will be coached through blocks and kept motivated and moving towards your goals. You will be amazed at how much you will achieve with this ongoing support.

When: Bi weekly on Tuesday June 29th, July 13th & 27th, August 10th & 24th from 6.30pm to 8pm

Teenagers Self Esteem and Confidence Summer Workshop (2 month programme)

Helping your teen to find their smile, feel confident and be there own person. We will focus on building confidence and self esteem with coaching exercises to discover values and shifting beliefs.

When:  Tuesdays - July 13th &27th, August 10th & 24th from 4.30pm till 6pm

Emotional Freedom (EFT) Workshop - Saturday 17th July

You will be taken through some EFT techniques that will help you to shift some negative emotions and fears and you will leave with some tools and positive affirmations to do on your own at home.

When: 10am to 1pm
