As your personal trainer I will help you reach your health goals individually through planned, realistic SMART goals. This includes helping you re-examining your current lifestyle to help you make healthier lifestyle choices including eating habits and regular exercise patterns.

You are paying for a personal trainer to help you achieve results that are incredibly difficult to achieve alone! You are paying for an expert to train, motivate and guide you through every step of your fitness journey. You do not need to pay a gym membership fee or additional travel on top of the personal training session because my sessions are not held in a gym environment and I will teach you exercises you can do on your own with minimal equipment.

How it works!

We will meet at either the Healthy Living Centre or at your chosen location in London and I will bring equipment we will use for training.

We will go through the forms found at the bottom of this page and we will choose what is best for you to achieve your fitness goals!

Using a mixture of training techniques such as isometrics, tempo variations and a combination of exercises from different practices I will help you reach your physical goals in a short period of time depending on your dedication and your willingness to allow me to support you.

Paying for your sessions

When many of our clients start to train, they often lack in motivation. By buying block sessions this helps ensure the commitment is there, in order for you to get the results you are looking for. It also helps  to map out a long-term plan for you. This is impossible to do if I am seeing you infrequently and unsure of how many sessions you will be completing. Multiple short term goals are also available to help meet your budget,

Imagine the results: new muscle growth, more strength, an increase in calorie burn that last for hours after your workout!

One of the biggest by-products of a good exercise program is it’s inflammation reduction effect! However, exercise and better food choices go hand in hand in reducing chronic, low grade inflammation.

… while bouts of exercise tend to promote acute inflammation, when done regularly over the long term, it decreases chronic or systemic inflammation. The oxidative stress from the exercise forces your body to build up your antioxidant defenses… rest in between workouts is therefore key in allowing recovery!

This is a subject we’ll discuss more as we work together. One of the in-house nutritionist may or may not work together with me to help tailor your diet to one that is both nutritional and less harmful.

I will be helping you create an exercise program designed specifically for you that you can use at your own gym, at home or wherever you decide you want to workout outside of our weekly meeting.

Depending on your needs, we’ll work out short term, middle or long term goals so that you can look, feel and be healthy for years to come!

For all wishing to participate in any fitness activities it is required that you first fill in the following questionnaires. These forms can be filled in together with myself. Please bring these in for further discussion – OR – I will have have copies at hand that we can fill in together.
