She also brings to her practice simple, empowering body awareness tools that can complement and deepen the craniosacral work.

Having trained with the respected London college, Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust (CTET), Viola holds an IABT-accredited Diploma in Craniosacral Therapy, as well as Postgraduate and Advanced Craniosacral Training certificates. Messages from Viola Sampson:
Having a diverse practice, I am delighted to work with clients seeking treatment for a wide variety of conditions, those exploring personal development and those wanting to maintain optimal health and vitality. My specialisms include working with trauma and PTSD, as well as chronic conditions, such as ME/CFS and fibromyalgia. I also offer specialist peer supervision to qualified practitioners working with fatigue conditions, and supervised practice sessions and tutorials to craniosacral therapists in training.

I am committed to continued professional development and training, and value regular professional supervision with a UKCP-accredited supervisor. I also draw on my early career in medical biosciences (with a Bachelor of Science degree and medical research).

A multidisciplinary approach can be valuable for some clients, so I can refer to other experienced natural healthcare practitioners, and with your permission, I am happy to collaborate with them, or your conventional medical practitioner, to provide the best support.

My background is in environmental and human rights work, while my ongoing interests in ecopsychology and chi kung also inform my craniosacral practice. From the personal to the planetary, I am interested in how our relationship with our world affects our wellbeing as a whole.
