Wednesday: 7pm-8pm Mindful Yoga & Guided meditation

Mindful movement, breathing exercises and guided meditation (yoga Nidra)

Level: Open to all. No experienced required. Wear comfortable and warm clothes
Yoga mats provided – Can be done in a chair if can’t lay down.
Beatrice has been teaching yoga & meditation since 2012..
Her teaching is a mix of different techniques inspired by various schools. She learned the Yoga
Nidra technique from Bihar School in India, hold a diploma in yoga education at the University of
Lille (France) and attended extensive meditation retreats and trainings (Thich Nhat Hanh,
Barbara Fredrickson, Uma dinsmore-Tuli, Marc beuvain…).

Join this rejuvenating class to strengthen, tone and stretch your body and mind. Ideal to stimulate your vital organs, release tensions, feel energised, stronger and relaxed.
Menu: Cores strengthening, gentle twist and stretches to stimulate andmassage your vital
organs. Breathing exercises and deep relaxation with singing bowls
Level: Open to all. No experienced required. Wear active clothes

“Xpress: Clear your mind”

A 30-minute lunchtime break to recharge your batteries and feel more relaxed.
Menu: breathing exercises meditation, mindful movement, yoga Nidra (laying down or seated
meditation)

SUNDAY workshops: 4:00 – 6:00 pm

A specific wellbeing theme will be introduced 2 Sundays per month.
November & December theme: Introduction to Yoga & Mind training
 
Sunday 20th Nov. 4:00-6:00 pm & Sunday 4th Dec. from 4:00 to 6:00 pm
Sunday 20th Nov.: Exploring the physical and breathing aspect of yoga
 
Menu: specific postures and breathing explained and practiced
Objectives: Practice in a safe way and start your own routine at home.
Sunday 4th of Dec. Exploring the mental and emotional part of the yoga
 
Menu: mindful movement, guided meditation, breathing exercises, power of intention.
Objectives: practice tools to learn to reduce or respond better to stress, enhance and cultivate
positive emotions and start your own meditation.
Beatrice will guide you in a way that you will be able to understand yoga in its full dimension and
as a lifestyle. She will help you build your own practice and give you the tools to incorporate yoga into your daily life to improve your general wellbeing.
Beginners or anyone who wish to revisit their yoga practice.

Rates for Yoga and guided meditation 60 minutes: first time £7, £12 drop-in or £45 for 5 classes
prepaid
Rate for 30-minute meditation lunchtime: first time £4, £7 drop-in or £25 for 5 prepaid
Rates for Sunday Workshops: £25 if Sundays bought separately, £42 for both Sundays
1:1 or 2:1 session are available on demand (Thursday morning and Sundays). 30 minutes (£30)
or 60 minutes (£55)
