Messages from Kat: Naturopathy is a holistic non-invasive system of health. A naturopathic physician is trained in medical and health sciences and looks at the individual holistically taking into account biochemical (dietary), mental/emotional as well as physiological factors that may be contributing to presenting health issues.
In my practice I use a combination of nutritional therapy and therapeutic bodywork. I also offer advice on herbal remedies and supplements. My aim as a Naturopath though is to keep their use to a minimum and to achieve better health through beneficial lifestyle changes where possible.
My main interests lay in the natural treatment of the polycystic ovarian syndrome, eating disorders and obesity, mental and digestive health.
