Welcome to my holistic sessions and your wellbeing path,
After a number of years working in the corporate world, I decided to go back to studying. I embarked on a few years of psychology studies, a personal practice of mindfulness and yoga and an experience of various complementary therapies. I was introduced to reflexology during a personal experience of grief and discovered its transformational potential on my journey to healing. Its compassionate and holistic approach convinced me to train and become a reflexologist to share with others all that this complementary therapy has to offer.
I trained at the London School of Reflexology with Louise Keet, best-selling author of the Reflexology Bible. As a professional practitioner, I am constantly expanding my knowledge which leads me to offer you foot reflexology, facial reflexology (Bergman method), hand reflexology and Indian Head Massage. My particular interests lie in stress/anxiety, pain (I’m trained in the Kruchik method) and women’s health.
