Brief Outline

I continued my training with MFR UK studying John F Barnes method of Myofascial Release. This form of body work helps the body release itself in a gentle yet firm way.

I also studied Energetic Neurolinguistic Programming with Art Giser. This has given understanding how our minds frame our physical reality and how we can make fundamental changes to clear deadwood thinking and emotions and live our authentic lives.

My main passion is aromatherapy and love creating blends to support clients needs. I have developed a range based on bespoke blends that have proved successful and popular with her friends and clients, part of the ‘Blends for Friends’ range.
